Multi-language conversations

Participants speak different languages within the same visit. Each person’s language is detected and processed automatically.

Interpreter-assisted visits

Professional interpreters translate between clinician and patient. The system captures both the original statements and interpretations.

Non-English visits

Entire visit conducted in a single non-English language. Documentation still generated in English or configured language.

Code-switching scenarios

Patients switching between languages mid-conversation. Common with bilingual speakers who mix languages naturally.
Medical terminology is processed correctly across all languages. Patient statements are extracted and translated while maintaining clinical accuracy.

Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Russian, Portuguese, French, Arabic, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Hindi, Polish, German, Italian, Japanese, Persian/Farsi, Haitian Creole, Hebrew, Bengali, Urdu, Punjabi, Greek, and Turkish.

Documentation output

By default, final documentation is generated in English. Specific elements can be configured for other languages if needed. Original patient quotes can be preserved alongside translations when clinically relevant.
