Administrators can see today’s visit count, documentation completion rates, and clinician utilization at a glance. This bird’s-eye view helps identify issues quickly - whether it’s a backlog in documentation, a clinician running behind schedule, or quality scores trending downward. User management happens through a straightforward interface where administrators create accounts, assign roles, and manage permissions. New clinicians can be onboarded in minutes, with credentials automatically syncing to the mobile apps. The system supports bulk imports for larger teams and integrates with existing identity providers through single sign-on.

Analytics & Insights
